Novel Hand is where activism meets impact. We’re a community exploring the best solutions to global humanitarian issues.
To put it simply, we’re learning everything we can about topics like justice, social enterprise and the environment. Novel Hand is our platform to share what we learn.
Novel Hand came out of a disconnect that I noticed in my generation. While we care so much about current humanitarian issues, it can be difficult to find ways to actually make an impact. We’re activists, engaging with important social issues, but there’s so much more to learn about these problems and how we can be involved in their solutions. Globalization and technology have increased our access to pressing humanitarian causes, but they’ve also revealed how complex these issues are both locally and globally.
Through Novel Hand, I want to bridge the gap between my generation’s passion for social issues and innovative solutions that exist to these problems. Knowledge is crucial to bridging this gap, and the Novel Hand site showcases everything we’re learning.
