My name is Izzy, and I am an intern at Novel Hand this fall. I am in my third year at UNC-Chapel Hill and I am studying Political Science, Sustainability, and Food Studies. As a Writing and Research Intern, I am excited to explore the global food system and dive deeper into the institutional forces that dictate what food is produced, how it comes to fruition, and who has access to it. I cannot wait to begin this learning journey!
